Not likely: Hantavirus has to be inhaled from air particles contaminated with rodents secretions/saliva. Please check cdc.gov also for details regarding Hantavirus infection.

No risk 4 hantavirus: Hantavirus is associated with rodents - specifically their excreta (poop and pee!). A 'real' exposure would be one where you breathe in alot of contaminated dust - such as sweeping up mouse or rodent poop. That's what happened in the 4 corners area of the United States a few years ago. The activity you describe is not enough 'risk' for me to be worried. I believe strongly you will be fine!
