Recheck: Size matters, larger will likely need removed, smaller maybe followed with serial sonograms

Not necessarily,: it depends on the size, imaging characteristics, and your clinical picture. Usually if they are small and have no suspicious features, they can be followed with serial ultrasound or other imaging to determine stability.
