Good day. i have recintly been in mozambique and did diving. i have cancer sores in my mouth my tonsils are swollen and my throat is sore. any idea what it can be?

Canker not cancer: Canker Sores in the mouth may be associated with virus or bacterial infection. They are red or white, small, painful and usually heal in a week or so. An exam by a dentist might help if they persist. Not sure if they are related to the swim.
