Ibuprofen/dress him: Adding ibuprofen to his treatment every 6-8 hours would be a start if he is uncomfortable. I would put his clothes back on. The bodies skin sensors are likely to drive the temperature up rather than down if he is undressed. Feeding him chilled fluids would be more effective in lowering fever. Expect a rapid heart rate with fever.
