Yes: Natural hymens vary from no visible structure at all, to a minimal shelf, a small or medium opening, several openings, or a sealed over structure. The hymen may also be lost in childhood due to non sexual trauma. You don't treat normal. It is not a necessary structure & there is no need to try to create one.
