If female is having imperforate type of hymen then how menstrual blood is coming out !! .......?

It doesn't: By definition, an imperforate hymen has no opening or openings for menstrual blood to flow. However, someone may have multiple small openings rather than one larger central opening. If so, menstrual flow can be normal.
