Needs evaluation: The location of pain and relief with food is consistent with peptic acid problems like GERD but could include gastric ulcer or H pylori infection. Constipation alternating with diarrhea is more commonly seen with irritable bowel syndrome but could be dietary or inflammatory bowel disease as well. After exam and possible labs, endoscopy or other imaging studies may be recommended. I wish you well
