Visual disturbances: You have complicated symptoms. What type of visual disturbances are you having? If you are seeing flashing lights or spots, seek care from a retina specialist. The facial pain and stuffy nose could be sinus-related, but the pain could also be neurological. Seek help from an ENT specialist or a neurologist. The prominent vein could be due to dryness, allergy, or many other eye conditions.

May be a headache: Disorder such as migraine, trigeminal autonomic cephalgia, etc. Other things to consider is your orbit? Maybe the eye itself is okay, but there are strange things that can occur with the orbit as well. If things do not improve, ask your doctor that the next step should be?
