I am experiencing sharp pain in my stomach area after eating pasta really fast due to a time limit. will i be able to digest fully even though i did not chew thoroughly and is there permanant damage to my stomach ?

Rapid eating: It would be very doubtful that rapidly ingesting pasta would cause permanent damage to your GI tract. The food is likely to be digested. However, we don't always pass fully digested food. Recommend eating slowly and chewing well in the future. Sometimes when eating rapidly - we don't have time to feel satieted and may end up gorging. This can cause distention & discomfort. Take care.
