Intolerance: There are a lot of adverse reactions to foods, and true food allergy is only one of them. Even when true food allergy is the culprit, blood testing is not always very accurate. The best diagnosis is made by exactly what you have done - keep track of your reactions to figure out which foods cause them. Then there is nothing else you can do but avoid them - there is no treatment that will help.
