Whats easiest way to treat diarroea?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Diarrhea: Assuming infections by pathogenic bacteria and by parasites have been ruled out, avoid harsh, undigestible roughage like nuts, skin of Apple's, raw vegetables, etc. You can take kaopectate or imodium as needed or be given a prescription for medications like bentyl. For chronic diarrhea, try avoiding gluten(wheat) or lactose. A gastroenterologist would be helpful in evaluating and advising you.
