Your symptoms: require a doctor's visit. An urgent care or if your symptoms worsen/ become persistent/ severe, an ER. You mention your mid / right back and chills, which could be a urinary tract or kidney infection. You mention a cough, with back pain, that could be a pneumonia. Could be Pneumonia?: Pneumonia is infection in the lung, often causes cough, fever and chest pain. If it is getting worse, you should go see a physician. A chest X-ray can make a quick diagnosis of pneumonia(or lack of it). Check your Temperature with a thermometer when you feel the chills/shivers.
