Something else.: I assume "very weak positive" refers to a home pregnancy test (HPT) performed at least 2 wks after the LMP. If your LMP was truly 17 July & if the USG was also recent (say, late August), then amenorrhea (lack of periods) isn't due to pregnancy. If it were, the HPT & USG should be more clear at this point. Something else is causing amenorrhea. Discuss on HealthTap Prime or with ur Gynecologist. GL.
