My 24 months son have ankle clonus in both sides since newborn. mostly clonus occured less than 5 beats,he has a good milestone.is it normal?

Clonus: Presence of clonus at age 24 months is not normal and there is concern about developmental delay, CP, intelligence issues. But since you are stating that development is normal then please get your child examined again. Does he really have clonus? It seems that he is probably fine.

Within Normal Limits: Ankle clonus is only considered pathologic with other abnormal neurologic findings on exam, a history of abnormal neurologic behavior, and sustained clonus. Your son has none of those findings, he is okay
