My doctor gave me a urine sample for a pregnancy test but it came back too diluted, i don't think i could be pregnant but what does that mean?

Consider: retaking urine pregnancy test using a first morning void when urine will be more concentrated & less diluted.

Another test needed: You need to do a home pregnancy test again as the previous doctor's test was inconclusive. In the "olden days" it was recommended to use a first morning urine for testing as it would contain a concentrated amount of HCG hormone. A pharmacy bought pregnancy test may be workable for you. If not, ask your MD to run a blood pregnancy test.
