Vaginal discharge?: Rough few weeks. If that's white vaginal discharge, likely is a candidal (yeast) infection, from the antibiotics; usually thick, cottage cheesy, itchy maybe. Generally treated with antifungals, topically or orally. Call your doc.

C.diff recurrence: Once you have C. diff you need to be extremely careful not to take antibiotics again unless absolutely necessary. Even for sinusitis, sometimes you can get away without antibiotics according to the IDSA guidelines. Saline, decongestants, rest for example. Not sure if you're referring to a vaginal discharge? or stool? With too much antibiotic therapy, you are at risk for candida vaginal infection
