Not necessarily: What do you consider allergenic foods? If you have Celiac disease, it is important to have a gluten free diet, other than that you should have a mixed diet. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Keep a food diary: I would not rule in or out any food based on an assumption. Your celiac already makes life challenging. Keep a food diary & do some eliminations, stopping an item for 2 weeks then resume. If your system remains happy/stable after reintroduction it is likely fine to keep it. Consider various food additives, like red dye #40 that is rough on many, causing enough problems it is banned in Europe.
