Things to ponder: The body has an immune system that provides a response to invasion by germs. A low grade fever increases the heart rate, which circulates the white cells & antibodies to bring them to the site of invasion. The lungs breathe faster or deeper to provide more oxygen for the work. As long as the kid feels well enough to drink, feed & enjoy TV or other distractions I see no need to treat such a temp.
