Review needed: May not be a Bacterial chest infection given lack of response. Could be sinus problem asthma or simply postviral changes. (A few other rarer possibilities). Best to see your doctor for examination to see if it points in 1 particular direction. They can then arrange tests as needed/appropriate. Good luck
