Rule out pregnancy: In order to estimate the accurate gestational age, it is important to have the LMP. In this case at 22yo at early pregnancy who took misoprostil(cytotec) which is effective but also have small failure rate. Kindly follow for reassurance: 1. Get a quatitative HCG and repeat after two days to see the downward trend. 2. Also get a pelvic ultrasound 3. Consider contraceptive options such as IUD/BCP
