Wouldn't advise OTC.: For the weight loss plans that you have, I would re just limiting your intake of carbohydrates over fat and protein and adding mostly a plant based diet. I would suggest, as a general measure, checking your Body mass index (BMI) and seeing where you fall on the chart. I generally would avoid any stimulants, as they come with health risks, including tachycardia, dizziness and other.
