Visit your doctor: Before discussing treatment options, it is often best to figure out WHY you do not have an appetite. Please consider a visit to your doctor to discuss this issue. If everything checks out, then sometimes we use small doses of certain anti-histamines to start with such as vistaril (hydroxyzine). NEVER big doses of these medicines, and never more than recommended. Best wishes
