ViralGastroEnteritis: This could be a really bad intestinal virus (99% chance). The watery diarrhea can be treated with Imodium AD. The fevers & chills are concerning, because that could imply a bigger problem, like a bacterial infection; however that may have more of a bloody diarrhea. It may be time for you to have stool studies done by your Family Doc..
