Keep dry and clean: Hello I'm not sure exactly what you mean by secretions but if you are having drainage from a cyst that ruptured or a pierced ear that is oozing fluid, I'd say first off keep the area dry and clean. Soap and warm water, pat dry. If the area looks red, warm, and painful, it could be infected. In this case, it would be reasonable to get seen at a walk in clinic. Hope this helps
