Yes, in the neck are: Yes we do. All over the neck area there are many lymph nodes which normally are small and not easily palpable. But they can enlarge and become easily palpable if there is infection in the moth or throat or if they are affected by cancer of the Head and neck region or of the lymph nodes themselves.

R/o Pancoast: Yes, just above the collar bone. These can be from a problem with the upper lung, as defined by Dr. Pancoast. If enlarged, please get checked out and have at least a chest x-ray.
