Ondansetron: Ondansetron is a category B medication and is safe to be used in pregnancy. Buscopan on the other hand have limited information and is used only when the benefits outweigh the risk in pregnancy. At 18 weeks gestation with stomach upset and only one dose of buscopan, I really do not think you have to worry. For reassurance, discuss further with your obstetrician. Good luck.
