Any creams or medication for tiny red dots on tongue?

Why medication: Why do you need treatment? Are they painful or larger than normal? The very small bumps are called papillae and contain most of your taste buds.

No: Tiny red spots anywhere on you body, including tongue, are usually tiny capillaries at the surface, but can also be indicative of moderate to severe problems. Please see your Dentist, and Oral Pathologist, or an Oral Surgeon for examination, differential diagnosis, and either treatment or observation.
