Nope: The biggest difference will be made by where you live and your symptoms. If you live in an endemic area and you have had symptoms such as cough, blood in sputum, weight loss, etc, then tb will be definitely in the differential diagnosis as early lesions are usually seen in the upper lobes, the description otherwise is too nonspecific to confirm the diagnosis.
