Both are the same: (Levocetirizine) Stick to only one, read the labels carefully, and don't exceed recommended dosage. If no improvement see an ENT or an allergist , if you have access to one, good luck

Vasomotor rhinitis: You may be deals my with vasomotor or perennial rhinitis which is not an allergic or seasonal reaction. Symptoms are precipitated by exposure to cold, eating hot foods, changes in temperature or even stress. Certain Nasal sprays are worthwhile trying. An Otolaryngologist should be consulted for evaluation and treatment.

I am trying xyzal for allergies. Since starting it I wake up every morning with post nasal drip, itchy eyes, nose and throat and am sneezing all day. Can I take Zyrtec D 12 hours after xyzal? I know xyzal is a 24 hour pill?
