Evaluation: Heartburn is a common symptom in pregnancy. Over the counter medications like Ranitidine and Omeprazole are often recommended to suppress the symptoms. Breast pain should be evaluated by your doctor. An exam should be done and then if other testing is indicated it can be ordered
