Accidental pregnancy. i am 44, husband 55! if all genetic tests are ok, what other issues can affect baby?(i know2% autism). so worried can't function

See counselor: You have choices to make. By your statement you have 95% or better chance of having a healthy baby who could be the darling of your life. This is better than most women who face pregnancy. Mom was 42 when my younger sis was born & she was the favorite. To move forward you need to see a professional counselor, in the form of a psychologist or medical social worker & sort out your feelings.
