You tell me: IF you sustained a bite you cannot know the identity of the culprit unless you saw and felt it. Where do you live? Millipedes are not venomous but CENTIPEDES are. The bite is very painful, not itchy. So, do you have a bite, or is it something else? If it is a bite you lack sufficient evidence to identify the source.
