Mefenamic Acid: Ibuprofen and Naproxen can make your periods a little lighter but probably not enough to make your holiday better. Mefenamic acid three times a day works better. If you are on Birth-Control pills, they can be used to make your periods lighter or even come at a different time. Ask about this. Best wishes!
