Best to see M.D.: 33y/o Female says So, my husband woke up in the middle of the night with all these large welt/hives. He's taken a lot of benadryl but still it's not working. Seems like some allergic reaction to food and/ or contact but Some Insect Bite can also do it. Best to see M.D. for more definitive treatment.One should not over self medicate.
