Blister like rash: Well this could be shingles if it 'wraps' around a certain area of the body - only on one side. If you upload a pic or show this to a doctor, they should be able to confirm it. Shingles is in the 'herpes' family of viruses, so it can come up as painful red blisters (like genital herpes). There is anti-viral treatment, so best to show a doc ASAP so you can get the best treatment.

Herpes zoster: Your chosen topic tags show you already know about herpes zoster (shingles). Almost certainly that's what you have. I hope you are on treatment with valacyclovir or similar drug, sometimes accompanied by prednisone or other steroid drug.
