Penis Norms: No. Please do not damage your insides just to have a 'hanging penis". Many penises are 'growers' as we call them. The only thing that one should ask in this situation is does it get erect when i want it to? Does it reach orgasm when I am sexually active and does it ejaculate appropriately.
