Yes: L-citrulline is a naturally occurring amino acid which is found in food, such as watermelons, and it is also made in the body. It may help to open up veins & arteries to improve blood flow & may therefore help with erectile dysfunction. Other foods that may help include oysters, coffee, dark chocolate, nuts, grape juice, garlic, olive oil, salmon & other fatty fish & chili peppers. Best of luck!
