Good question: You have to be monitored very closely bu your obstetrician. He/she will be able to guide you. There is an adage that "if anything can go wrong it will". Please keep in close touch with your OB and report abdominal pain that is sudden in onset, is stabbing and does not radiate. Stay calm but aware. This is serious.
