Im male 27,after i eating lunch or breakfast, i have pain under the abdomen and diarrhea,the pain gets low after urination.i feel better if i touch my penis or ball,whats problem?

Exam: Cannot be diagnosed unless you provide more information about your pain and diarrhea. There is no relationship between masturbation and your symptoms. Get examined and tested.

Diarrhea post eating: What did you eat? May be gallbladder , gastritis with H pylori, irritable bowel or food intolerances- like dairy, gluten soy, rarely early colitis- any blood ? mucus?. Would keep a diary on what you eat and how if affects you, get tested for H pylori, consider elimination diet one week no dairy , then next week no wheat products and see how that affects you. F/u/ w/ doc urgent care.
