Get urinalysis: This sounds like a urine infection. It could also be a kidney stone. I would get a dip stick urinalysis, if possible with a microscopic exam. This will tell you if there is blood or WBC's present. If it looks like an infection, get a culture and start antibiotics. If a stone or other condition is suspected, get a CT scan of the abdomen and pelvis. Good luck and i hope you feel better soon.
