Keep moist and clean: some wound respond adversely to Neosporin. The most important thing is to establish why you have the non healing sore to begin with. The general principle is to keep a wound moist and clean. Perhaps a bit of petroleum jelly on a sterile gauze.

Greetings! I have psoriasis. I have a patch of psoriasis on my arm slightly less than the size of a quarter. For at least two weeks maybe three weeks there has been a scab over the spot. It will bleed sometimes. It is not like the typical psoriasis of flakey skin. I have applied neosporin ointment and triamcinolone cream. What is the issue? Treatment?
