See your doctor: It could be a worsening of the gastroenteritis, but could also be something more serious, like an infection. The norovirus is increasing in numbers in your age group. Of course it could be both viral and your enteritis. Your primary care physician can help you sort this out or send you to a specialist in gastroenterology. You may need to be seen sooner if associated with fever or tenderness.
