Gastritis: Any chest pain that goes away after eating, or that goes away after a quick-acting antacid (like Tums) is suggestive of gastroesophagitis - irritation of the lining of the stomach or esophagus from excess stomach acid. This can also lead to stomach ulcers. Best to see a gastroenterologist (GI doctor) to help diagnose & treat. Use HealthTap Prime to find and discuss. Good luck!
