Palpitations: That maneuver rushes blood back to the heart so this may be what you are feeling. Despite this, you should see your doctor to get an EKG to search for arrhythmias. If you have any other symptom such as chest pain on exertion or shortness of breath, I would suggest you see a doctor immediately.
