Stop worrying: The problem is with the lab. Somebody's not doing a very good job of differentiating blood cells. Probably the machine was in a bad mood and counted them as lymphocytes, or the technician didn't know how to tell the difference. Nobody has zero monocytes and is otherwise healthy. If I were around, I'd help the pathologist fix things up. Glad you're paying attention but don't worry.
