Sex before sonogram: Sonograms are done to diagnose findings on a GYN history or exam, but having sex prior to a next day ultrasound will not influence the results or the performance of an ultrasound.

Would you want to?: I know that the night before surgery many couples want to get one last 'fling in".(sex) However, many ultrasound exams are done with an intra vaginal probe, albeit with a condom cover on it. Sex the night before an ultrasound will still leave fluids present in the vagina the next day. So if fastidiousness is not your "cup of tea" enjoy.
