A member asked:

Hello there, i have an uneven looking scrotum and i have an unusual saggy cord like looking/ feeling under my left testicle, what does that indicate?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Urologist can check: A varicocele is enlargement of the veins in the scrotum, usually above the testicle. If it causes no symptoms, then it should not be an urgent issue, but one can see his primary care doctor or a urologist to find out what is going on. If there is testicle pain, one should be seen right away to make sure there is not a torsion or twisting of the testicle.
