Seek: a "hands on" examination (urgent care center or ER) Sounds like you are becoming dehydrated!! It is most likely a NOROVIRUS (Stomach Flu) or a more serious bacterial infection (Salmonella) You may require some electrolyte replacement as well! Go Now! Hope this is helpful Dr Z
