I went in on aug 9th and my hcg levels were 138. i went back aug 18th and they were only 552 does that mean i'm going to miscarry?

Normal pregnancy: The hcg rise went from 138 to 552 over a nine days period which does not appear as a normal rise. The hcg will double every two days in a normal pregnancy. Please continue to follow the hcg and if it reaches 2200, get a transvaginal ultrasound to confirm pregnancy. However if the hcg is stagnant or continue to fall, it means you have a failed pregancy and you will need to talk with your doctor.
