Hcg ; Miscarriage: It can take about a month for your HCG to drop down to 0 after a miscarriage. Certainly you could get pregnant afterwards as long as you are ovulating (you would know because you'd get a period afterwards), however most doctors recommend waiting a few months after a miscarriage prior to trying for pregnancy, usually about 3 months.
